They are deliberately quirky and are creatively amusing.</p> <p align="justify"> Paula originally trained at Edinburgh College of Art where she attained a BA Hons degree in design, majoring in Jewellery. <div class="picHome"><img src="images/pichome3.jpg" width="404" height="301" /> </div> <div class="maintxt"> <p align="justify">Baby doll sheep are employed to keep the grass short underneath the vines and to provide meat.</p> <p align="justify"> 60 breeding pairs of pigeons are grown purely for the restaurants menu. We also use the manure to fertilise the vegetable garden and vineyards.</p> <p align="justify">The small herd of Highland cattle, headed by our bull named Oscar of blah blah blah.
