Vigneron/Sommelier Simon Rengger has constructed the wine list for Shakey Tables to reflect the diverse range of varieties and styles that are produced in the Hunter Valley, across Australia and around the World.

Emphasis has been given to the produces of the Hunter classic varieties Semillon and Shiraz from produces focused on quality and classic vineyard sites.

A sommeliers selection is offered from other Australian wine regions as well as an exploration of international styles.
